Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days before they ship. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods (such as sales or new releases), processing may take a little longer — if there's a significant delay, we'll let you know.
Shipping Times
- United States: 2-5 business days (standard)
- Rest of the World: 10-30 business days (standard)
Please note these are estimates and don't include processing time — add your order's processing time on top of the shipping estimate above for total delivery time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, high demand, or natural events.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email once your order ships, including your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Straight Up Bookish is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Lost Packages
We're not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, and keep all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved. You're also welcome to reach out to us at support@straightupbookish.com and we'll do what we can to help.
International Shipping
We currently ship to most international destinations, with the exception of the European Union. We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs, customs fees, or import taxes that may apply.
Multiple Packages
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.
