At Straight Up Bookish, we want you to love what you order! Here's the lowdown on returns, refunds, and exchanges for both our physical and digital products.
Digital Products
All digital downloads (planners, guides, printables, and other digital files) are final sale and non-refundable. Because these files are delivered instantly and can't be "returned" once downloaded, we're unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital products. Please review product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing.
Physical Products
Because our physical products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or selecting the wrong color.
Please review all product details, sizing charts, and shipping information before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received.
Size Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer size exchanges.

Cancellations
Orders for physical products may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as production may begin quickly. If production has already started, we're unable to cancel the order.
