Every item is made to order — which means nothing sits pre-made on a shelf. Your piece gets created just for you the moment you hit "buy," so give us a little time to work our magic before it heads your way.

Processing Time

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before they ship. Orders aren't processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume seasons (hello, holiday TBR rush), processing may run a little longer — if that happens, we'll keep you posted.

Shipping Time

*We're currently unable to ship orders to the United Kingdom. We appreciate your understanding!

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, holidays, weather, and customs can all add extra time, and it's genuinely out of our hands once your order leaves us.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and what's in your cart.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update — it takes the carrier a beat to catch up.

Multiple Items, Multiple Packages

If your order includes different types of products, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. Don't panic if one book-boyfriend-approved item shows up before the other.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we're not able to cover the cost of orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Catch a mistake? Email us ASAP at support@straightupbookish.com and we'll do what we can.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is in the carrier's hands, it's technically out of ours too. If something looks lost or delayed, start with the carrier using your tracking number — and loop us in at support@straightupbookish.com. We'll help however we can.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These vary by country and are outside our control.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, and hang onto all packaging and the damaged item until it's resolved. Reach out to us too — we're happy to help however we can.

Returns

Since everything is made just for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or personal preference. For issues like damage, misprints, or wrong items, see our full Returns Policy [link] or email support@straightupbookish.com within 14 days of delivery.
